This was our Christmas dessert, I would like share with you because is nice and easy. I love lemon with chocolate because is so delicious, or with orange cream too.
And you can make this to every time when you like.
For dinner I made salmon with toasted almonds that you can see in labels (seafood)is nice and a healthy recipe.
At side the salmon little soufle potatoes and salads,
And this roulade was the dessert and Ice creams that hubby bring, strawberry Ice cream and...Suspiro Limeño Ice cream, so we have had desserts for three days!!
The kids garnish the Christmas tree, thanks God!
We normally leave all the Christmas garnish until the New Year or January 6 th when the Kings come! but we dont receive presents to the Kings, only for Christmas...
The recipe
Ingredients (chocolate cake)
3 eggs
150 grs. plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate powder
150 grs. of sugar
100 grs. solid chocolate for melt
2 tablespoon of chocolate powder
pinch of salt
lemon cream
3 lemons juice
grated peel of 1 lemon
3 yolks
1 cup whipped cream
4 tablespoon caster sugar
Method
In a bowl beat the yolks with the sugar until is creamed.
Add the melted chocolate (to bain Marie in a pot over other pot with simmer water ) and then the powder chocolate with some water, mix well and incorporate the withes wipped with a pinch of salt,add the plain flour and bicarbonate powder. Mix well.
Greased a parchment paper and place in a oven try. Over this empty the chocolate batter and place at oven (medium heat 180° C) by 10 minutes, no more.
Remove cake from oven, and immediately turn onto the paper and towel setup. (Put some confetionery's sugar in the towell)Brush with some water the paper and will be more easy to peel.
Quickly remove the paper baking on the cake, and then using a serrated knife, trim off the edges of the cake that are crispy.
Next, using the towel as a guide, roll up the cake from the narrow side, rolling the bottom piece of wax paper into the cake roll. Let sit with the seam side down to cool for 5 minutes. Then carefully unroll and leave to sit while you make the filling.
The filling
Place in a pot the beaten yolks with the lemon juice , the lemon grated peel and the sugar. Stir until is thick. Whisk the cream and add the lemon juice cream when is chill.
Dust a large piece of non-stick baking parchment with icing sugar, turn the roulade out onto it and peel off the lining paper. Spread with the whipped cream and roll up like a Swiss roll.
Roll tightly to start with and use the paper to help. Don’t worry if it cracks - that is quite normal
Place on a serving plate and chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with pieces of chocolate.

Tronco de chocolate con crema de limòn
Este fue nuestro postre de Navidad. Lo he querido compartir con ustedes porque es una receta rica y fàcil.
Lo hice todo el mismo dìa, ya se imaginan por que, pero si uno quiere puede preparar el bizcocho el dìa anterior-
La combinaciòn chocolate/limòn es muy buena y lo mismo se puede hacer con chocolate /naranja que es muy bueno tambien.
Ingredientes
Bizcocho
3 huevos
150 grs. de harina
1/2 cucharadita polvos de bicarbonato
150 grs. de azùcar
100 grs. chcolate sòlido para derretir
2 cucharadas de chocolate en polvo
1 pizca de sal
Ingredientes
Crema de limòn
Jugo de 3 limones ya exprimido
ralaldura de la càscara de 1 limón
1 taza de nata o crema para batir
4 cucharadas de azùcar
azùcar glass
Preparación
Batir las yemas con el azúcar hasta que estén cremosas. Añadir el chocolate ya fundido a baño maría (en una ollita a fuego suave sobre un sarten con un poco de agua) mezclar bien e incorporar la harina y las claras batidas a punto de nieve.
Colocar el bizcocho sobre un papel mantequila sobre una bandeja de horno y cocinar durante durante unos 10 minutos a fuego suave, retirar del horno y darlo vuelta en un paño de cocina con un poco de azúcar glass, por el lado del papel humedecer con una brocha y retirar el papel, enrollar con la toalla el bizcocho y cortar las orillas. Dejar enfriar.
Para la crema de limón exprimir los limones y rallar la cascar ad euno de ellos. En una olla colocar las yemas con el zumo de los limones, la ralladura y el azúcar. Sin que hierva hasta que espese. Batir la crema o nata e incorporar la crema de limón cuando ya esté fría. repartir esta crema sobre el bizcocho y enrollar y llevar al refrigerador, espolvorear con un poco de zúcar flor, adornar con chocolate en trozos y servir.
